Opinion:
If the info I collected about  the proxy is correct  ..the top 5 Lucara executives as of Dec 31st 2013 are in line for a total of about $ 3 million in compensation
By comparison the president of Canada's 3rd largest utility ( $ 3 billion revenue plus ) makes just over $ 500k a year .....

I hope they aren't finding these large stones so they can fund their compensation plans..
