35 Million Americans and people visiting the SW USA are daily affected by the ongoing pollution of the Colorado River system, and the related air, ground, and water sources by deliberate actions by State of Utah politicians/bankers/leaders, Fitzgerald, Ranspot, Atlas Minerals, and OTHERS who put profits from the ABX Goldstrike Mine (another 13 years life) since the 1980s to clean up the mess at the only non-governmental operation of the 1950s.
Dozens of known parties are the direct and proximate cause of Atlas Minerals’ inability to remediate the pollution caused by those tailings. The Polaris Mining Claims (SJ claims/patented and sold the Franco-Nevada for cash and stock) were stolen from the General Public. That’s why I mentioned the 1988
Basic v. Levinson, 485 U.S. 224 case as the remedy because it involves specific actions by Ranspt and Fitzgerald in their 1989 litigation against ABX Goldstrike. The general public got screwed and the greed of Brent Johnson is exposed because he could have done something back in March, 2010 when he met me in Utah! I was in from Missouri and GREED hit BJ. Only $10,000 had been fraudulently given to Jorge at that time and Brent Johnson didn’t attend the March 15, 2010 Deposition of Henry Ranspot in Tucson.

ABX Goldstrike and Bullfrong mines are only two mines paying royalties to Franco-Nevada and other companies who dealt with Fitzgerald. Many mines are engaged in inappropriate diversion of royalty payments from a wide array of extremely successful operations across the western United States that are due to parties exposing these actions. A few Kanco Stockholders have paid 100% of the costs for the past four years. They will and have the funds to continue this game-plan, especially ITHOUT BRENT JOHNSON and JORGE LOPEHANDIA CORTES. BJ and JL have considerable Fraud on the Court issues to address. These will come forward, too! JL admits he hired my father back in 2003 and received conservable assistance from me, even a 2004 trip through South American by me.
