Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. No because they are .45us in the money (.95us-.50us=.45us) under the proposed terms, but you have to remember to divide by 10. Actually the warrants are getting interesting with a $1.44cdn strike under the existing terms as well! Only .39cdn until strike!!
