The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Rollback could have been done at the last AGM.
Too many shares out, can be a problem. Have 
you checked the latest on capital structure..
Warrants, but more importantly options.. A smaller
number of outstanding would reduce all of these.
The higher priced warrants will likely not be exercised
over the next few months.. And when? acquisition
proceeds one needs to determine how many warrants
might be in the money, as well, what will the price be
to take out all of those management options as well.
Operatorship, glad you mentioned that.. Thats something
that doesnt happen overnight.... One needs to preplan.
