Re:What happened to share buy back?
27.4 million shares outstanding. Management and GSFC combined own about 37% or 10 million shares. This leaves a float of only about 17 million shares. 17 million x $1.20 = $20 million. However one must assume at least half the float is in stronger hands, who want to see this to the end. Bottom line with about $47 million in cash, you could easily clean this thing up and have a ton of cash left over. Personally I agree with EIOM, and that a million or two buyback probably does the job. Likely puts this thing back up to $2 or$3. Hell, announce a buyback and couple it with a few substantial insider buys and this thing probably rockets. Confidence returns and you might be shocked at how fast this would tear upwards. Why management just sits on it's hands is bizarre. Just my opinion
