RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Full Transcript Of PTA Conference CallPopps, I disagree that a reverse split never works. Consider for example TAT (Transatlantic) which I've traded in the US and is trading higher after a recent reverse split. Like Petroamerica, it's a microcap oil & gas play. Like Petroamerica, TAT has a good balance sheet and is growing. It was trading around 75 cents before the reverse split a few months ago and is trading at 8.80 after a 1:10 split. Reverse split don't work for heavily shorted, money losing companies on the verge of bankruptcy that usually do them out of desperation. None of those apply to Petroamerica. Many institutional investors don't want to (or can't) own a 30 cent stock or even a 75 cents stock. This is especially true in the US. A 1 for 20 gets the share price over $5. Do that and move us off the Venture exchange where we no longer belong based on the company's profitability, revenues and balance sheet. That plus the growth strategy will increase the valuation from the current $22k per flowing barrel so that it's closer to the $75K per flowing barrel for the larger peer group.
