i especially love your "new contracts in the last 4 months would not have impact"  outstanding deduction, your brilliance amazes me!

there is in fact lots of evidence re: existing clients not renewing...rkn in the last fiscal year was renewing 1 contract every 2 weeks (on avreage), while now they have signed very little to nothing on new and renew...and you tell me to smarten up...phhht
 
for the record i too love rkn, its just I want to be with her in a sleazy hotel room, not buy her a house with a white pickett fence.

west have a look around and put the lid back on the can of glue...20 weeks of decline...do you need to step on the rake.

like i said rkn is needing a miracle to pull out of this...cannacord can't find anymore suckers to keep it afloat.
