Estrella Gold Corporation (TSX V: EST) ("Estrella" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jason Weber, P. Geo. as the new President and CEO of the Company and it has agreed to raise $500,000 by way of a private placement of 10 million units (the "Units") which is $0.05 per Unit.
