RE:RE:RE:RE:Neptune wanted to leave Quebec seanj1, you are exactly right about potential relocation upon expansion (and most longs have to assume expansion is a given).   The CSST had better be careful because New York state is offering a 10 year hiatus on corporate taxes for all companies relocating there.  I don't know the other relative pros&cons, but it's quite a draw.   As a California resident, I see New York and Texas "stealing" our businesses all the time for "business environment" reasons.   Don't take too long, CSST.    

All that aside, with new management waiting for plant startup approval to launch PR/IR initiatives,  the next year should do a lot toward erasing our ( the shareholders' ) frustration built during the recovery since the tragic explosion.   I, like most here, have bought and averaged down my cost, so I'm ready to see market appreciation of our world class products ! !
