Why someone would argue about something on facebook?...
Why someone would call a radio commentator hosting a public debate about a controversial story? ..
It is simply the controversy that makes this prolonged discussion a public one..... nothing unusual here?..the longer people like yourself deny facts, the bigger is the controversy, the bigger the controversy, the longer is the debate..
Human nature as a whole is predetermined to continuously attempt to correct itself.
Wikipedia is a good example..In the beginning thousands of volunteers participated to edit the online encyclopedia. As soon as someone would put in the wrong info, it would get corrected within seconds. Correct info and facts would remain as thousands of people would make sure of it. The internet made the biggest and most informative encyclopedia on earth "editing free" just because, as a whole, it is people's nature to get it right....
