Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:good price to buy in?The answer to your question depends on your timeframe. If you buy now, it seems to me that the price will be higher in 6 months as Stella production will be imminent. But short term, who knows what could happen. You could buy at 2.83, and watch it rise to 3.10 in a week. Or it could fall. If that happens, it's likely temporary. If it were to fall a little,  I wouldn't sell because then you make the paper loss real. 

If you are trying to time the peaks and troughs, good luck with that. What usually happens to people is they get lucky a few times, start thinking they are gifted, and then they get stuck in a stock they don't really want, or they miss out on a big pop in stock price.
