RE:RE:RE:RE:News :John's still here Here is the IR firms for ENG during the last 7 years. It was progressive that did most of the work for ENG in the early days from 2007 - 2012
In April 2007, EnerGulf retained Progressive IR Consultants Corp. (“Progressive”) as its
investor relations service provider. Progressive assists EnerGulf with the development,
implementation and execution of investor and shareholder relations and communications.
The Company pays a monthly fee of $7,500 to Progressive. In November 2010, the
Company granted an additional 150,000 stock options at $0.69 for a period of five years
to Progressive. As of September 2012 the Company and Progressive mutually agreed to
reduce the monthly fee to $5,000 monthly.
In October 2011, the Company appointed the Buick Group Corp (“Buick”) as an investor
relations consultant and during the quarter ended August 31, 2012 this agreement was
terminated by mutual consent.
In December 2012 the Company terminated the agreement with Progressive IR
Consultants Corp for investor relations services.
For 2013 there were no investor relations firm representing ENG
I suspect that the reason the firms were no longer with ENG was soley based upon the financial resources that ENG had left. They handled the investor inquiries themselves.
Now that things have progressed in 2013, ENG rehired the Buick group.
They will try and help market the next private placement to investors.
