Dear Forecast,

As you mentioned, you have experience in Latin America.  I think Mr. Correlo was not a good fit for this company.  I am sure he might agree because you will need someone who is on the ground in this current atmosphere.  While they have a great infrastructure you could see their next head of the company coming from Colombia.

I hope their key investors have good insight and I would imagine with the continued decline of Sr. Bautista they possibly have the opportuntiy to develop a World Class project that benefits all parties but most notably Colombia.
