Mediocre Deal

Mediocre DealNow it all makes sense. The lack of returned emails, lack of buyback or any sort of promotion. This is what the insiders wanted. Buy the company on the cheap. Management are the ultimate insiders and would rather keep the profits for themselves. They have used the public market to get started and now they are giving the owners a miniscule small premium. In my opinion the company is worth much more. Let's not forget the company was at these levels in the not too distant past. Management has been doggin it to make the stock seem very uninteresting. Now they say they are giving shareholders a healthy premium?! As my previous posts have outlined, there has been a consistent effort to keep stock price low by dumping shares at the end of the session. A couple of months ago it dropped to 1.48 for no reason! The low trading volume has played right into their plan. This looks like a done deal but I will vote against the buyout. Also looks like the timing is such that no dividend will be paid before the deal closes.
