I would like to thank wailele 1933 for his BRILLIANT commentary.That said all I can add is that no matter which way the cookie crumbles this downright sordid drama which has unfolded in NDM/NAK will remind me and my colleagues never ever to invest in anything american again.We will neither buy american goods or deal with anyone who promotes america.This persecution of NDM/NAK is like watching the likes of Bradley Manning being locked away for exposing the lies which the american administration tells .The "EPA" might have successfully destroyed the hopes and aspirations of NDM/NAK and dashed the honest investing of people both within and without the united states.This state of affairs without doubt makes the EPA and its associates guilty of economic treason and by proxy guilty gross deriliction of its duties to seeing that NDM/NAK get a fair hearing and their utter disrespect for an honest approach to the citizens of Alaska. The Natives of Alaska who have been marginalised by the american administration have had what little chance they coud have had financially snuffed by the mindless idiots such as robert redford and others and by extention the MIMBY ne'er do wells of people living outside of Alaska.
