Downside Risk

Downside RiskYeah RED, you called for it right after we bottomed and then bounced to $0.79, good for almost a double. Good thing no one listened to you then because if they had they would have left a lot of money on the table.

Stop embarrassing yourself with these absurd predictions. If you want to have a legitimate discussion of the downside risk, then let's. But throwing out your completely unsubstantiated metrics doesn't help anybody.

ROIcrusader recently provided the board with what was in both of our opinions, a very conservative valuation for the company. Even if you extrapolated the annualized run rate based on current margins with no organic growth for 2014, I still have a share price north of $0.60 per share. And that, in my mind would be a huge miss and failure by management. So at today's levels, I find Loyalist to be undervalued with huge upside potential. We could easily see a double within 12 months. Virtually NIL downside risk in my assessment from a fundamental perspective.
