You just listed many IF'S that have to come together along with the other IF's you did not mention in order for the share price to go above its present fair value price of 31 cents. You and I believe that the new management have a good chance to pull it off others are very skeptical and do not believe that they will succeed. Time will tell. In the meantime Veolia and Glencore, Rusal and others are watching and waiting as well, because if Orbite pulls it off these aluminum and environmental Giants have the most to gain.  They will only jump in with big bucks when and if Orbite successfully commissions HPA2. Tf they do, all bets are off on fairvalue price. GLTA
