RE:Surprising info if I call Office

RE:Surprising info if I call OfficeFYI   The cost of keeping a public company in good standing with the BCSC, OSC & TSX Venture is on average $250-500,000/ yr, depending on its activity.

1. Auditor - $60,000
2. Accountant- $30,000
3. Lawyers- $100,000
4. Rent - $30,000
5.     Filing Fees, consultant fees, listing fees, telephone, transportation etc etc etc ..............

You had the management of Valdor hand over cash to the company when their bank account was low  to pay for the essential exspenses.

Try to start a Public Company on your own on the TSX.V and you will see how difficult it is to keep a start up cashed up !!!!
