Thank you for providing the two links, both were very informative.
MY CONCLUSION;
It is possible that ENG may have a very interested JV PARTNER, as the new legislation
will encourage oil exploration, and if this Bill passes before mid-JUNE, and ENG gets
renewal, signs a JV partner, and while I would have preferred they continue with
NETWORK IR, they have a deal signed with Buick, 30 dayslater, so no coincidence
about saving money, and Raymond JAMES continues to buy day after day.
We may at long last be on our way to success.  It looks like ENG have a plan, as
long as the lawyers don't leave the documents sitting on their desk too long.
