CBS 60 Minutes Exchange Trading Video Link..Wow ...

CBS 60 Minutes Exchange Trading Video Link..Wow ...Here is a link to my latest  apparently  "gibberish "  video site  ... you need to accept terms and click to play CBS video interview .. the video gives an example in the US market of a Microsoft  trade transaction
Opinion:  if the same game has moved to Canadian Exchanges ... TSX traded slocks like  Lucara ( among others) could also be subject to  these types of transactions. That was the only questions I was posting earlier  about and potential  impacts ... Interestingly ..  if you see the full 60 minutes video it was a former Canadian RBC trader that figured our what was happening  ..My own opinion as a retail investor living in Canada.  is that the Canadian Government should setup trading market input order regulations to catch up with latest technology changes...
so that all orders arrive at the exchange at the  same time, and the other guys can' find out what your market order is and react  before it hits the trade floor  ..  Retail investors may have to push this with our gov't politicians  for regulatory changes  as  "others"  (as the video suggests)  may not share the same motivations ..
