Quashing a bad rumor!!!!

Just heard back from Stans Senior Management. They state that the arbitration court is the COURT OF LAST APPEALl, THE DECISION IS FINAL AND BINDING.

They also state that, the short term goal is to resume production at Kutessay II by using  this decision as a bagaining tool and should they experience further resistance in this indeavour, they will seek restitution as entitled in the arbitration decision.

Obviously, rose colored glasses arn't an option at Stans head office, only facts!!!!!
