Remember they said they would have to open a new mine head  . . . the old one is currently only being used for test bores and whatnot, with some of that closed off probably because its so old its become hazardous.  Anyway rather than rehabilitate the old entrance they created a new one, lower, leading more directly to the ore bodies richer in tungsten than the leftovers from above.
