HVU and the VIX

HVU and the VIXSo what's up with HVU? I must be missing something because I thought that HVU was supposed to be tracking the performance of the VIX. The VIX was up today.38 or 2.94%. HVU was down 2.39%. It seems we are not tracking the VIX like HVU was intended to do. Who can explain?
