$82 billion rock and...

$82 billion rock and...doesnt want to spend a dime on NR. ENA had a run up last week due to speculation and the following day management issued a statement that they are unaware of any material change. That same day the SP turned red so on the third they issued another statement clearing the air that there was no information leak whatsoever. The point is..we have an "$82 billion" rock here and we are stuck in the .60 for the last 3 weeks and no one in the management would like to spend a dime of that possible $82 billion to release a news to at least convey hope to the investors. Hmmm..just wondering.
