Minco/Buchans share price

Minco/Buchans share priceCrazy SP at the moment. Manganese project alone must be worth 10 times the current SP. Is it seasonal or anybody any ideas. Seems a great opportunity to pick up Minco on the cheap. What's Mr McLeod doing at the moment ? It would be nice to hear something positive soon.
