RE: Brokerages

RE: BrokeragesHey Rhumple, I was with Scotia McLeod, left and went to CIBC, switched to Canada Trust. Then CT was bought by TD Bank and service was alright for a year or so. The problems began when TD Waterhouse absorbed CT's brokerage accounts, so I went back to Scotia Bank. Their brokerage arm Scotia iTrade was been great since. The cost for trades went down to $9.99 for me and is now $4.99 because of my trading activity meets the current criteria for the lower cost. I recommend you dump TD and move to Scotia because they recognize DST and have since the first week it traded. jmho UNKLAL
