All reasonable (albeit biased negative) comments IMHO, even if I don't have the same views. 
To me its a fairly binary outcome;
1) the companies plans to shut down for 60-90 days does what they say and insures the projected completion dates are met, the built in contingency is adequate and further signed contracts occur then the divy should be maintained
2) further delays and cost overuns results in extending the overdistribution period which is a no no. A healthy divy cut would be needed.

I am firmly in the 1st category at this time, however I won't hesitate to change that view quickly if is are anything but highly confident indications of progress. 
Companies, both good (not great) and poor seem to always do the necessary (and difficult) decisions too late.
