Stock Options for Ex-CEO

Stock Options for Ex-CEOHello,

I know many of you know of these facts but Sr. Carrelo was issued 1.8 Million Shares at an option price of 0.49/share on March 19th, 2014.  If someone has better facts than me, then please correct me.  I agree with Mr. Forecast that the Ex-CEO did not have vision and the primary investors probably did not realize until too late he did not have the necessary abilities.

While it is a difficult place because of the issues surrounding, the cash burn was too high.  He did not understand the situation.  The limited partners of Amber Capital Group will probably lose the most on this project and will be the most concerned of what many people believe was mismanagement of the company.

I do think these companies can be turned around with good decision making from the current board and primary investors.

Suerte y Salud!
