He doesnt understand that equity holders are the suppliers of risk capital

He doesnt understand that equity is the residual claim on assets

He doesnt understand that equity is a call option on assets over and above the value of debt

He doesnt understand that bonds have priority over stock

He doesnt understand a thing about how capital markets work hes just a cry baby trying to blame everyone for his own mistakes.
