Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Not to mention that if you read the journal paper they published on Seeking Alpha it doesn't look good.

That must have been written by an ex employee or someone like that. Super well written with lots of detail and there seems to be a lot of points that can'r be challenged.
I'd stay away from this one
