This Is Why....

This Is Why....you hold long.

Now - this is not an "I told you so" email - but more - no body has a crystal ball to forecast price moves.   The ONLY certainty one does have is thier convicition that you have purchased a discounted asset at a really good price.

As for the current price move - I have seen the is pattern before.

a) Bad news annoucned - massive selloff by those who can't stomach any losses.

b) Bargain hunters bid the stock back up

c) One of two things may happen - which NO ONE can predict

i) Price may level off end of day - and start a slow - eventual decline back to today's low of $4.25.  Why?  In the absense of any new news - those who bid the stock up might eventually sell.

ii) Price may actually increase from these levels since the fear of a dividend cut is removed - and to an earlier posters point - the focus now becomes fundamentals on dividend cut.

Which one will materialize?  Who knows?  Who cares?  I'm not a trader.  I am an investor with a long term holding horizon.  This is the ONLY strategy that pays off - and made investors such as Nawar and myself relatively wealthy.

a) Buy at a price you feel is good - no matter the market price
b) Sell at a price you feel the market will get to at some point within YOUR time horizon

I still scratch my head how prognosticators think they can beat the market by trading swings....over the long term - its a losing game.

Good luck.
