RE:RE:RE:RE:One PhotographBC:  Don (as you know I'm sure) is a seasoned and very well connected executive.  As such he's going to make every move very carefully.

We have an example here with both offices have expanded.  San Francisco's office is now on the 4xth floor of a downtown major high-rise.  Now Calgary's office is in probably the best location for a biotech company - and there is info that they are fitting it out with an impressive laboratory.

A seasoned executive is going to make such moves strategically and carefully.  And lessors are going to ask questions to ensure that backing is in place to pay them throught the lease term.

Again, I think there's obviously a long-term plan in place that give Don, the Board, and lessors confidence that they are going to be able to meet their obligations.

Speculation?   If so it's all quite reasonable speculation.
