Shareholdings by Boardmembers & ManagementI do find it a bit perplexing why many on the current Board/Management have not pulled any significant dollars out of their respective pockets to purchase shares on the open market. Most of the Board's shares have lots of dust on them. The recent 20,000 share transaction is better than nothing I guess. To make an actual, meaningful share purchase in the open market (especially so by management) would be in keeping if they had the same outlook/confidence in NXX of us bystanders. No?
This fact alone aligns with withoutbias' questioning of the management and board. It has and does, give me pause...
