why would you do a secondary offering if there wasn't anything in the works.


This company plays its cards very close to its chest, like most other public companies. Can't blame them for that. It has the merit of avoiding insider trading scandals.

That said, the last time they went to the market was fairly close to the VideoIQ acquisition, which they announced about a month later, but they won't make a deal just to make a deal.

They've already said they saw no point in buying out competitors. When it comes, it will most likely be something complimentary to their current product lines, the same as the last two.
