Stock price volatility doesn't disrupt their operations. MCTO is unusual and unwelcome, but it's not unheard of, especially for small ventures that have just acquired a sizeable operation. After the audit opinion is unqualified and the insiders are allowed to trade again, you'll see them buying back this stock at rock-bottom prices. They know this is a cash cow, it's just a matter of proving it to the accountants.
