The quote is: "them thar hills are filled with gold!," this doesn't apply to GRE which is a 19-year old company with profitable operations, established customer base, dividend policy, long-term land leases, and cash on hand.  Stock price volatility doesn't disrupt their operations.  MCTO is unusual and unwelcome, but it's not unheard of, especially for small ventures that have just acquired a sizeable operation.  After the audit opinion is unqualified and the insiders are allowed to trade again, you'll see them buying back this stock at rock-bottom prices.  They know this is a cash cow, it's just a matter of proving it to the accountants.
