- under the old Board there was 1,272,933 shares traded at a total value of $649,503 under their placement there was 2,927,500 shares issued at $0.40 for a value of $1,171,000. Therefore the total number of shares sold was 4,200,433 shares sold for a total value of $1,820,530 for an average price per share of $0.433.

- under the new Board there was 18,206,735 shares traded at a total value of $9,531,352 under their placement there was 10,132,976 shares issued at $0.45 for a value of $4,559,839. Therefore the total number of shares sold was 28,339,711 for a total value of $14,091,191 for an average price per share of $0.497.
