So we are stuck in this limbo pergatorium slump. I suspect the only thing that will bring this stock higher will be one of 3 things...

Preliminary financing approval, potash pricing improving and demand increasing, or belaruskali and uralkali get back together, and support potash price over volume.

other ones would be a commitment by ethiopia to build a rail line or power to the site or near the site.

I think when they announce their epcm contractor, the stock will go up but probably temporarily. or up only a few cents.

anyone have any thoughts about what will take this shareprice higher?
