Hedge, so basically you agree with me with your own way of "porting" things :-)).
Right from the PR, to the Corporate Update and now the launching, we still don`t know how it`s done.
We cleaned our glasses and still no clarity.
The fact that RG and even the Financials don`t mention any kind of royalties arising from Panasonic via HI-Fi adaptation and only show and talk about movies and users tells us that that`s all it`s going to be from them, we can use creative accounting to hide the way the deal was structured and move on.
What really bothers me is that we created-invented the technology to make 3D viewing at home flawless, apparently it was demonstrated and works Toshiba-3DGo, Vizio-3DGo.
So we invented the technology and in order to sell our technology we had to supply content, we designed the content to help sell the technology but now it seems (with Panasonic anyway) that we have to give the technology away to show our content.
If we don`t change soon back to the original plan we could end up being a flawless 3D Netflix.
Routhier said that this was an isolated case and in the future we`ll prefer to stick to the original bussiness plan, sell the technology to see our content.

Since the 3DGO! service is only available in SENSIO Hi-Fi 3D, technology licensing revenues can be expected from all 3DGO! deals with CE manufacturers unless otherwise specifically indicated. For legacy devices (i.e. 3DTVs already sold to consumers), most technology licensing deals will be based on a recoupment from the revenue share portion which would normally be paid to CE manufacturers for the use of their connected 3DTV platform. In other words, SENSIO will be deducting a technology licensing fee from the revenue share normally payable to CE manufacturers on each rental by end users. The Panasonic agreement is based on such licensing terms. The standard licensing model based on a per unit royalty remains active and is our preferred model, namely for future 3DTV sales in the market,

Now ,we do really need an LG at least, there`s no two buts about it.
He sounded more optimistic on the last CC, but till they sign that`s all it is"potential optimism".
But the big question is "IF" and are they coming with the 'Full Hi-Fi" or "porting".
So far we JV with Vizio at ridicoulos low royalties payments, Panasonic next with "porting", we have to get off this groove.
Cheers.
