Dilution takes many forms. I would agree that if we don't get some oil flowing soon taking on a partner in Texas where things are heating up, skilled with extarcting the type of tight oil we know we have could be a better option that issuing more shares and trying to go it ourselves. I'll reinterate that I think SXE managment has there neck in this more than anyone and is focused on creating shareholder value in the most efficient way possible. I was not suprised the market did not react much to the resource news. As good as it is, until we can prove we can extract it, its just what it says it is, an esitimate. I was told by managemnt there is more news on the way and I dont think its a PP yet. We have almost 4 million in the bank and if we can start producing from Cooper Mountain it opens up other financing options much better than a PP. I think someone is holding us back hoping to get in on a PP and managemnt is doing all they can to avoid that option, at least for now.

Do your own DD but I still feel we have an amazing opportunity to accumulate shares right now. In the meantime, let focus on the positive and all the best to those invetsed here.
