The Company had two reportable segments identified by their geographic regions, New Zealand and Bolivia. Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Only one insider selling - Eugene Melnyk who appears to strapped for cash. COB has been a net buyer of 10's of millions of shares. Melnyk will still hold over $30 million shares after he completes his current sales and still stands to make a killing if Trimel is successful. It may be he is hedging his bets by getting some money out now just in case things do not pan out at the end of May. But he continues to hold the vast majority of his shares.
