If a company is looking to buy GMA on the cheap then they could keep unloading to keep it at .60, so when they make they offer they can claim that------- "This represents a premium of XX% over the average weighted trading price of the company over the past XX days" as they often say in those offer releases. It could be the reason that GMA has delayed the news in order to get the rights plan into effect prior to the release. Just a guess, but I suppose guessing is all that we have been able to do here in the past few weeks.
