RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:splitting hairs so who cares? You make no sense whatsoever. In any case, your points are tottally irrelevant. The stock prices always lag the previous management decisions. So the upleg in early days of the new board was a result of good management of the board they replaced.

Notice what happened later in the term of new board. Another case of market reacting to boards actions. Massive dilutions are never taken kindly by the market. That's when Nordex investment turned into dead money for the last two years. This despite the fantastic fundamental prospect for the company built in the foundation established by the previous board.

You should recall that the original private placement at 45 cents was for 4,444,444 shares. Bad enough dilution as it was, but that is not whyen it ended, as you should also know. The largest shareholder at the time, mr. Jacques Levessque ,  former President and Board member, had to fight for his share, and eventually got 10% of the issue (444,444 shares). That would bring Mr. Levesque's holdings close to 1.5 million shares. Immediately after that the current board decided to increase the private placement to about 10 million shares. Even if  you contend that the company needed original private placement, and the size deemed reasonable, how you can explain the additional tranch beyond 4.4 million?  Obviously they wanted to keep self entranching  and keep Levesque out. In the increase offering they did not offer Levesque shares proportional to his holdings. Levesque probably got tired fighting, and did not take them to the court.

I might also add that substantial  qualified accredited investors from 519 area code who were interested in buying into private placement had their calls to Corporate secretary or the company unanswered. 519 area code covers SW Ontario, including sarnia, Point edward, London, etc.

This private placement and the way they went about it discredited both the company and the current board. And it certainly had effect on price movement in the stock that has been going sideways ever since, when it should be going up, up and away.

Got it? Or should I explain it to you again.
