You and your cawing, pawing and clawing buddies are trying to internet bully BGM into just such a unwarranted post May 1 PR response, and thus putting themselves and the rest of us who are investors in our company into jeapordy, when what BGM's legal dept has approved and issued via MAY 1 PR is truthful, adequate and needs no clarification.
I repeat, it is EXTREMELY irresponsible of you to create FUD by YOUR attempt to use my prior post re: too frequent press releases with the current Halt of Mining order issued by M/M's.
Dude,
The truth will emerge, eventually. If there is nothing serious behind the halts then they will lift and life will continue. But the coin does have another side... suppose at least one of the halts just can't be lifted?
Think about. Would the Chief Inspector of mines issue a halt for some trival reason that easily resolved? I don't think so. But believe what you like...
Now, whether the halt lifts has nothing to do with what Halcro or anyone else posts here. Do you seriously think anyone uses a BB to make investment decisions? Well, BBoS and Roller probably think so but hey that is their problem.
The BC highway load ban will lift one of these weeks. But will the Chief Inspector of Mines lift the work halt orders before then? That is the question to consider.
And I would suggest that there is no reasonable basis to make an assessment of that risk using the details from the May 1st PR which I read to be saying something like
"ok, we got a halt order back on April 24th. Don't worry. Be happy. Its all good. This is normal business. Nothing to fret about. There are going to be load restrictions on highways for a while and we expect the halts to be lifted when the highway load restrictions lift. BTW, nothing in the press release states that the haul has anything to do BC highway load restrictions. It is just a coincidence but if you get the impress that the halt and load restrictions are linked then hey that's all good too... fill your shoes son...
