RE:RE:RE:RE:formal offer madeLet me get this straight... the cost overrun is going back to the "Partnership" which is owned and controlled by Concord. Green Energy--- the same company that is trying to take ROR private???   I don't think this will hold up in a court of law.   Obviously a lot of planning went into this scheme.
