RE:Need the sale

RE:Need the saleManagement has actually said they will step in a spend the money to get the production increased. They are however delaying the spending until the end of the month pending an end to the Strategic Review. They have additional ICD's on site and they have an application filed to drill infill wells. They are more than capable of bringing production up with or without a JV or outright sale, however, either of those options would make more sense and ultimately shareholder value. If someone comes in and buys STP, they get the debt and the cash in the bank. There's more than enough cash on hand to cover all those costs and I'm quite safe in assuming that any company taking over will have more cash on hand to carry the company until production surpasses break even.

Like EYE and Shat and Nikehercules conclude a sale only makes sense, but until the trading halt and news comes out it's all just speculation that will drive share price.

Stay positive. Even after all the crashing of the last several days I added to my position.
