partners and lawsuits

partners and lawsuitsgood morning all
it would seem we have a rather large following lately, i dialed in and listened to the conference call, and approval is most likely a go for compleo. What i didnt hear from mr rossi was the fact that they have partners banging at the door to team up for distribution of the product. The FDA in their wisdom will approve, however we have a number of lawsuits out their regarding the cardiac issues associated with the use of compleo and the future of tefina for women.
with this in mind and irsk management as well as loss control, the hazards exist for investors and distributors that their profits could all be tied up in legally proceedings. As this transpires we have an approved product with a number of health hazards, we now have to attract a major player to market and assume risk for liability, what they have to look at, is will the sale and belief in this product and its revenue outway the legal costs to fend off the bumper chasers willing to cripple a company like this with large lawsuits.
as an investor , what i wanted to hear from mr rossi is that we have secured a viable partner for the distribution of the product and are ready to move forward with its development and marketing once approved. This is not letting the catout of the bag, just making a forward looking statement regarding the companies intention to market this product in a positive nature. Round three of tefina is the product that is going to move this company forward, we are currently at round three. Compleo approval will keep us a float, unfortunately their conference call, left a number of us with doubts and that they have enough cash to make year end. we now have a number of investors willing to take their 5 to 10% like kevin oleary and run with the wind, therefore pushing us under the $.50 in the next week or so.
