RE:RE:May PresentationMr Goodkind, slides 20-21 show the geological structure of the reservoir. Based on the geology and the information from the wells drilled so far they feel that additional wells are low risk to a depth of 2081mSS and they can safely caculate reserves to this depth. K3 DST 1 had no water shows, but K3 DST 2 at 2284m showed oil and water. My feeling is the water is coming in from below DST 1 migrating up the casing annulus (no cement). Nothing can be proven at this point so they are calculating the the contingent numbers from 2081m which is quite conservative. K2 has just finished a 40 day flow test, I'm guessing that no water cut was seen on the K2 flow test which indicates that conservative contingent resources are assured to 2081mSS.
Slide #25 might be from H1, all the drillpipe is in the derrick and looks like they are circulating out a gas kick.
Thats my thoughts, anyone out there see it any different please reply.
