COP plans 20 fracs vs 12 for Husky

COP plans 20 fracs vs 12 for HuskyYou all saw the size of the flare when they did 10 fracs, just picture it when COP doubles the number of fracs on their next well:

"In section 2.5.4 Well Completions of Appendix 1, ConocoPhillips states that approximately 30,000m3 of water will be needed per well solely for hydraulic fracturing. Why the drastic increase from the previous horizontal wells completed under S13A-001/S13L1-004? It is understood that ConocoPhillips intends to complete 20 fracture stages rather than ten, but under the previous Licence for hydraulic fracturing only 9,000m3  of water was required. Husky Oil in their most recent application is requesting around 12,000m3 for 12 fracture stages, or around 1,000m3 per stage. "
