Also when it comes to the main modification stoppage in all probability LUC will have a general plant shut down for employee vacations . In other words instead of employees taking vacations at various different times throughout the year they will be told that the plant will shut down for 2 weeks in july for vacations . In other words a skeleton crew will be kepted there for the plant upgrade but everyone else is on their designated vacation time . This is very common practice when it comes to factories that run 24 hours a day 7 days a week . It saves on wasted downtime , lost time and improves production performance . The lost time on this plant upgrade may not have that much of an effect the bottom line ?
