RE:The BIG Question is why Melynk selling at this price levelIt's not a 'big question' to anyone else here.  The cost of leverage sir!   Interest payments do not wait for investment results.  Let's see, the $150 million loan (see link below) at say 6% (just an example) = $9 million interest due per year plus principal.  And this refinancing was announced 1 year ago, April 16.  Can you name one of his assets that is generating cash?  It is unfortuate, but the sales are a financial necessity.  Melnyk knows no more that you and I about the outcome at the end of the month but he knows better than you and I the probability of successful outcomes and he bet a lot of money on those outcomes.  But your purpose here is not to be informed is it?
